
Rob is a founder and partner of Lease Back Partners and partner
in Sale Lease Back/Plus. He obtained a bachelors of Science degree from the
Ohio State University in International Business with an emphasis on finance.
In his early career, he was the inventory comptroller for an Ohio based wine
and spirits importation and distribution company.
He entered the real estate field in 1986 as a real estate agent specializing
in the sale of net leased corporate assets and land. As the leading agent
for several years at Commercial One in Columbus, Ohio he brokered several
portfolios of net-leased portfolios such as Wal-Mart and Kmart properties.
He worked with and represented clients such as Ashland Chemical, State Teachers
Retirement System of Ohio, PERS, School Employees Retirement System, etc.
Rob was the founder and former President of Equity Residential Development,
a firm that developed apartments and condominiums in the Greater Cincinnati
area. Mr. Lowe concentrated on financial analysis and project formulation
in the development of $100 million of residential and commercial properties
in four years. Additionally the partners invested in a portfolio of
single tenant office properties.
He joined forces with Mr. Goldberg in 1993 as a partner and founder of Lease Back Partners. The investment firm specializes in the purchase of single tenant,
triple net-leased corporate real estate. LBP was formed to capitalize on the
combined talents of its partners and leverage their capabilities in bringing
properties to closing. LBP has purchase programs for both long-term and short-term
triple net leased properties. The firm actively acquires commercial, industrial
and retail assets.
Mr. Lowe and Mr. Goldberg utilized their talents and knowledge to form LBG Global Funding to advise sovereigns and international companies in raising debt and equity. The partners brings in-depth collective experience in finance with particular focus on sale-lease back, bonds, securitization and Islamic finance.
Rob was a founding board member and former treasurer of The Academy of Greater Cincinnati,
a non-profit school for gifted children. He is currently a volunteer with the Wildlife Center of Venice.
